The NHSBSA has published the 2026 Pharmacy Payment Timetable, confirming all FP34C submission deadlines and advance payment dates for the year ahead.
We have attached a summary graphic with the full schedule. We would recommend saving this for easy reference.
The essential points to note:
- Submit your FP34C via MYS by the 5th of the month (or the 6th where a bank holiday falls in the first
five days) to receive 100% of your advance payment four working days after the deadline.
- Submissions received after the 5th will still receive an advance payment, but on the standard timetable, typically around the 1st of the following month.
- Submissions received after the 20th will not receive any
advance payment. Only the final reconciliation payment will be made, and a £25 administrative deduction may apply for late paper bundles.
- The bank holiday months to watch in 2026 are January, April, May, and January 2027, where the submission deadline extends to the 6th.
