From 1st April 2025, the NMS service moved to a new payment structure, where each completed stage is paid at £14.

This means the month-end claiming process has changed:
    •    You now need to record and claim for each individual stage completed.
    •    For example, if you completed 60 NMS consultations, that equals 120 stages — and you must claim 120 stages on the MYS screen.

⚠ Important: The NHS MYS portal is not updated yet to reflect this change, so please refer to the guidance issued by Community Pharmacy England (link below) to ensure you understand the new process and submit claims correctly.
