NHS England has launched a new Point of Care (PoC) IT Supplier Framework for the 2025/26 Flu and COVID vaccination services. Pharmacies can now choose their IT system—no longer tied to a single regional provider. You can also stay with your current one if preferred.

Available assured systems:
    •    Cegedim Pharmacy Services
    •    Optum (Outcomes4Health)
    •    Positive Solutions HxConsult
    •    RAVS (NHS Record a Vaccination Service)
    •    Sonar

Key points:
    •    All systems notify GP practices, streamline claiming, and are fully funded for 2025/26
    •    You can choose different systems for Flu and COVID, but only one per service per site
    •    Selection and onboarding are open now
    •    Switching requires direct contact with your chosen supplier to follow their onboarding process
