It outlines major developments in community pharmacy over the past year – including new NHS services, digital integration, clinical pilots, and wider sector changes – and is designed to trigger ideas and reflections when writing your own CPD entries.

You’re encouraged to draw on your own examples and experiences, but this document can help you structure your thinking, highlight relevant developments, and ensure your entries reflect the evolving pharmacy landscape.

Topics covered include:

         •   Pharmacy First, contraception, smoking cessation, and hypertension services

         •   Innovations in mental health NMS, ear care, and vaccination pilots

         •   Medication safety, NHS App integration, SSPs, and supervision reform

         •   Sector-wide themes such as funding, workforce, and access challenges

This is a free resource for all members.
