Process For Changing Your System

If you are considering a change of system, please first ensure that you know where you stand contractually with your existing supplier.  If necessary, request written confirmation of your position with them – this will save you time and money and allow you to transition at the right time.  As an example, you may need to serve notice before the last 3 months of your contractual period. Other suppliers may revert to 3 months rolling notice after an initial period has expired.  In any event, please ensure that you build in these notices into your thinking when reviewing a potential change in system.  Apotec’s current lead time for installation – currently 8-12 weeks, so if you require installation in October your order should be placed July/August.
