A quick reminder of key deadlines approaching on March 31st, 2025  (for England pharmacies only):

✅ HLP

✔️ Complete at least one community engagement activity promoting healthy living.

✅ Pharmacy First

✔️ To receive the £1,000 fixed monthly payment, you must also be delivering:

  - Pharmacy Contraception Service

  - Hypertension Case-Finding Service

(Make sure consultation thresholds are met.)

✅ Terms of Service – NHS Website & DoS

✔️ Update your pharmacy’s profile information for the quarter (1 Jan – 31 Mar).

✅ Terms of Service – Clinical Audit

✔️ Complete your chosen clinical audit before the deadline.

📝 Plan of Action:

• Complete a healthy living engagement activity

• Ensure delivery of Contraception & Hypertension services (if signed up for Pharmacy First)

• Update NHS website & DoS details

• Finalise your clinical audit
