ABOUT Service Boosters

Our two remote services are the New Medicine Service (NMS) and the Discharge Medicines Service (DMS).

We understand the challenges faced by pharmacy owners when delivering services: low and inconsistent output, time pressures, insufficient marketing and awareness, and a lack of trained staff to provide NHS and private services. Our goal is to alleviate these issues and help you maximise your service revenue.

Our Process:

1.  New Medicine Service (NMS):

• We securely connect to your PMR to capture all NMS data.
• A member of our dedicated pharmacist team completes all NMS.
• NMS data is shared with you for claiming and post-payment verification.

2.  Discharge Medicines Service (DMS):

• We capture all DMS referrals.
• A member of our dedicated pharmacist team completes all referrals.
• DMS data is recorded for you to support claiming.

Our Commitment:

• Service Boosters is officially recognised and approved by the NHS (ODS Code: J2N3F).
• We will achieve 100% completion of your DMS.
• We aim for 100% completion of your NMS.
• We have the necessary agreements and policies to meet NHS and GDPR requirements.

Pricing Structure for PharmaPlus Members

NMS Pricing:

0 - 4,499 items: 32.5% fee: £9.10 per NMS (Non-member price £9.80)

4,500 + items: 30% fee: £8.40 per NMS (Non-member price £9.10)

DMS Pricing:

A 40% fee per DMS, equalling £14 per every £35 completed DMS
