Ordering
• Customers can order using their usual preferred method, including via the Alliance Healthcare Portal, which will also indicate when products are ‘out of stock’.
• In order to provide the most equitable service for our customers we have set a maximum request limit of 30 flu vaccine doses each day, subject to availability.
• Should customers wish to order a larger amount as a bulk delivery, they should
contact Customer Services on 0330 100 0448.
• When you speak to customers, please ensure they have enough space in their fridge to accept the delivery of their order as we operate a no returns policy on flu vaccines. Damaged and excess stock should be reported in the usual manner."
