We’re reaching out to remind you to complete the 2024 Community Pharmacy Workforce Survey, which launched on 16 October 2024 and will close on 11 December 2024.

The Survey

This mandatory annual survey is essential for collecting accurate data on workforce numbers, full-time equivalents (FTE), and vacancies across 10 staff categories in community pharmacy. The insights will support NHS England, employers, and stakeholders in making informed decisions about education, training, and workforce planning.

•   Strengthens the visibility of community pharmacy as part of integrated care systems.  •   Provides vital data for future investment in pharmacy workforce development.    •   Fulfils your regulatory obligation as per DHSC requirements introduced in October 2022.

      2.     You can access the survey via your invitation email that will be sent to you.

      3.     Submit your responses by 11 December 2024.

      4.     Ensure all required data is accurate and complete.
