Dear Member,

Thank you to all those that have signed up for our Direct Debit Payments. We would like to encourage all members to sign up to this facility especially the members that have a large volume of central invoicing payments.

This will reduce a considerable amount of accounting time for us & of course the payment time for you, allowing for payments for our invoices to be made automatically and accurately. Set up is simple, please see an example pdf attached.

As with all small businesses PharmaPlus to needs to manage cashflow to ensure we are able to best support our members.

Advantages of our Central Invoicing

Please note that we give our members favourable credit terms of 30 days from the date of statement (i.e. 60 days from the date of invoice). However, we still pay the suppliers on your behalf within their 30 day payment terms. This is something no other organisation does. Therefore we need support from our members to make sure payments are made to us in a timely manner.
