• Central Invoicing: Prompt payment of invoices ensures smooth operations.
• Direct Debit: Simplify your payments by signing up for Direct Debit, make certain payments on a monthly
basis.
Dataplast and Charac
There is also a particular drive to achieve full membership compliance with Dataplast and Charac - we have negotiated exceptional terms with these suppliers in which you can get to know the service for four and three months respectively - at
NO COST to you, and thereafter extremely competitive monthly fee. If for some reason you are unhappy about both after the trial period, then just remove - it’s that simple!
We appreciate the support from a number of our members that are already using Dataplast since May 2023 when we started installations of the system and we have a
growing number of signing up for Charac as well.
With member cooperation, we can now, digitally (backed up with data), build our own virtual PharmaPlus pharmacy chain, and ultimately negotiate better prices with suppliers - How can any individual business doing between 5,000 - 15,000 items/month beat drug prices against the potential of 1m+ items we have (ie Pharmaplus
members) of being processed a month! Dataplast gives you an opportunity to order drugs, appliances and counter products with confidence, more efficiently saving you money and giving you time to get on with the clinical services (both NHS and private).

software and 15 mins to learn!) We will soon be incorporating the current ‘manual’ monthly tenders into Dataplast.
• Charac Patient and Delivery App: Try the CHARAC App free for three months to enhance your Repeat Prescription ordering, promoting your clinical services, Appointment booking, and delivery service.
