Why Your Participation Matters:
• Previous audits during the COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the critical role of community pharmacies, aiding CPE in
securing funding and the establishment of Pharmacy First.
• The data collected will be crucial in CPE’s upcoming campaigns and lobbying efforts, influencing MPs and national media coverage.
How the Audit Will Work:
• Pharmacies are asked to select just one day between June 3rd and 16th, 2024, to record data about patients seeking informal advice (outside of the Pharmacy First service).
• The audit has been designed to be straightforward, with full
instructions in the guidance below.
