Master Authorisation Sheet for the PGDs

Dear Member

The NHS has produced a master authorisation sheet (please see attached) which allows the pharmacist to sign just one sheet which then covers all 24 PGDs. This will save you time as individual PGDs don't need to be signed. This will also be useful when Locums come to work to your Pharmacy, as they will only need to sign the one document.
