Direct Debit payments are safe & secure and ensures the payment amount is accurate. This service is easy to setup and removes the need for our members to view, approve, and action each individual invoices we send, specially the ones on Central Invoicing. Please see an example

All direct debits are fully automated reducing errors and of course we will continue to send you invoices & statements so that you are aware of balances due and email alerts when payments will be processed and made.

Advantages of our Central Invoicing
Please note that we give our members favourable credit terms of 30 days from the date of statement (i.e. 60 days from the date of
invoice). However, we still pay the suppliers on your behalf within their 30 day payment terms. This is something no other organisation does. Therefore we need support from our members to make sure payments are made to us in a timely manner.
