Please see the following reminder for deadlines TODAY:

1. The declaration window for PQS is open until 1^st March 2024 on MYS portal. 

You will have to confirm in your declaration that by 31^st March you will have all of the evidence that you will have met the gateway criteria an the quality criteria.

You should have completed the following:

1.  At least 15 NMS consultations

2.  High risk medicine- Anticoagulant audit

3.  Update palliative care status on NHS profile

4.  Inhaler technique checks

5.  Inhaler waste management 

6.  Referral for patients using 3 or more bronchodilators in 6 months

7.  Use of spacer in 5-15 years old

8.  PAAP

9.  Antimicrobial stewardship

10.  Infection control action plan involving UTI and URTI

If you haven’t completed all of the above and intend to by 31^st March and need to help, please refer to the emails sent over the last few months (listed above) for the particular section you require.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You DO NOT need to specify who your DPP is or where the prescribing placement will be for this application.

However, you will need to have this in place by the summer (No specific date for this yet) as HEE will be asking for this information around about then.

We don’t have anything in concrete, these are guide timelines which have been provided.
