Please find attached all of the resources that are be required for setting up the lateral flow test in service.

In Summary this service allows pharmacies to give out LFT kits to at risk patients (as defined by the NHS) for free. The pharmacy will be paid £4 plus VAT & the stock price at DT price (Nov DT is £6.80)

We predict that pharmacies may see around 5-10 requests a week from the eligible patients.

To start, you would need to register on your MYS first. You would see a screen that looks like the image below when registering:

Also included are some additional guidance relating to the provision of anti-viral medication for these vulnerable patients. Please review this and ensure you keep one box of each Anti-viral treatment in stock so that patients can access treatment quickly if they test positive and their GP/Consultant requires to them to start anti-viral treatments.
