You would have received an email from NHSBSA on 23rd October 2023 containing a link to the workforce survey. 

This is a MANDATORY WORKFORCE SURVEY, which must be completed by 17th Dec 2023. (Completing the crib sheet and then inputting the data on the NHSBSA website should take 30 minutes at maximum). 

You can print out the crib sheet and fill it out on paper before you complete it online; please see the document attached.

Mandatory Sections

You must complete these sections
1) Section 1 through to Section 10 (pages 4-9)
2) Filling in Vacancies (page 10)
3) Questions about community pharmacy-funded staff who work in other settings (pages 10-11)
4) Full-time equivalent definitions (page 11)

Optional Sections

These are sections that pertain to the demographics of your workforce and are not mandatory. If you have time, you are more than welcome to fill these in, as this will help the NHS understand the makeup of the community pharmacy workforce.

2) Age (page 13)
3) Ethnicity (pages 14-15)
4) Disability status (page 16)
