NOTICE: Termination of Our Partnership with CityDoc

Dear Member,

We trust this message finds you well.

We are writing to inform you of a substantial change in our business partnership. Following significant restructuring within CityDoc's organisation and a series of protracted discussions over recent months, it has become evident that their strategic focus has shifted towards other areas. This has resulted in their service to our members over the last six months becoming challenging, verging on nonexistent.

Regrettably, these discussions have proven unfruitful, and we have been unable to reach a mutually beneficial arrangement. Consequently, we must inform you with regret that we are no longer in a position to sustain our partnership with CityDoc with immediate effect, effectively ending the agreement we previously had in place.

Given this situation and considering the high standards we expect from our suppliers, we will no longer be able to provide any further advice or information in relation to CityDoc.

Our recommendation to those of you who have been fortunate enough to receive some service from them, is to continue with CityDoc whilst actively seeking an alternative provider.

However, we would like to reassure you that this change does not signify an end to the high-quality services we provide, particularly in relation to PGD and related clinical services. We are fortunate to maintain robust partnerships with several other providers, notably PharmaDoctor, who remain committed to offering high standard travel services. We firmly believe that our continued partnership with PharmaDoctor, amongst others, will serve your needs effectively, if not better.

We stand ready to assist in facilitating a smooth transition during this period of change, and should you wish to discuss potential alternatives, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team is prepared and keen to help you navigate this shift and continue providing the services upon which you can rely.
