DEADLINE REMINDER: Sunday, July 30, 2023

Dear member,

Thanks to all that joined last week's 'To The Point' meeting where we explained about the 2023/24 Community Pharmacy Assurance Framework (CPAF) Audit that must be completed by midnight on Sunday, July 30th, 2023.

This is a mandatory audit.

As promised, please see the attached PDF, that contains the questions. Please note that this is last year's document, and the questions are identical this year. The NHS is not producing an updated document for this year as the audit is on MYS.

Suggested actions:

1. Find last year's submitted audit (you should have received an acknowledgment from NHSBSA Information Services  survey@webhost.snapsurveys.com  around August 2022).

2. Review what you submitted last year.

3. Use the PDF guide and complete the audit. You must achieve level 1 and level 2 for every question (Level 3 is optional).

4. Submit the audit via MYS by July 30, 2023. It is recommended to do it sooner in case you encounter any issues.
