The way community pharmacy manages complaints has changed. From July 1, 2023, patients no longer take their issues about primary care services to NHS England but turn to their local Integrated Care Board (ICB) instead.

There is a link to an updated 'flyer' template to reflect these changes that we suggest you download and update. It has designated sections to include your local Integrated Care Board (ICB) and ombudsman's details.

Here's what you need to do:

2.   Personalise it with your pharmacy's information - ICB information can be found here (https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/find-your-local-integrated-care-board/)

3.   Display it prominently in your pharmacy.
