We are writing to inform you about the new guidance published by Community Pharmacy England, aimed at assisting pharmacy owners like yourself, in completing the 2022/23 Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPTK). This Toolkit is essential for making your pharmacy's information governance (IG) declaration, and the deadline for completion is Friday, 30th June 2023.

The Toolkit conveniently displays the answers you submitted in the previous submission for various questions. You will have the opportunity to review this information and make any necessary adjustments to ensure its accuracy.

Action Required By You:

• Please refresh your answers in the GDPR workbook by visiting the CPE website at https://cpe.org.uk/digital-and-technology/data-security/the-general-data-protection-regulation-gdpr/.
• Complete the Toolkit and confirm any changes your pharmacy has made, or simply verify that the information remains accurate.
• Please ensure that the above actions are completed no later than 30th June 2023.
