Thank you to all members that have registered for the OTC Masterclass starting on Friday 20th January 2023. We will shortly send you the joining details for the Zoom session.
For those who are yet to sign up, this email is reminder about the Pharmaplus
Academy OTC training sessions for all front of house staff members. We are covering areas which may be the most prominent ailments according to the time of year.
These sessions will be around 30-45 mins long and will cover the basics around the pharmacology of the over-the-counter preparations which are available. These would include how they work,
contraindications, red flag symptoms and much more.
Knowing the ins and outs of the preparations will allow you to have more informed consultations with your patients, improving confidence that your patients have in you. If they have confidence in you they will keep coming back!
