Over the years PharmaPlus has added a number of suppliers to our central invoicing scheme and feedback received from members is that they really appreciate the positive features of our central invoicing:
- One payment for over 8 suppliers
- Extra time allowed for credit terms
- Reduces errors
- Support for those who have accidentally overpaid
However we have noticed that some members have recently been pushing our more than generous credit terms of 60 days from the date of invoice.
Please remember that PharmaPlus is paying suppliers on behalf of our members and more recently suppliers have become extremely strict with their credit terms that
they offer us due to the pandemic and other financial difficulties that all businesses are currently facing.
We urge our members to understand that we are also a small business, just like yours and cashflow is vital for us as well, so that we can carry on offering new services, seminars, conferences, training and one to one support with the ever increasing professional
burden.
We would also like to thank those members who have supported our central invoicing scheme and we hope to continue to add more suppliers to our current list.
