A lot of our members have asked for face-to-face training for their staff regarding OTC sales and link selling.

We are happy to announce that in the new year PharmaPlus will introduce live 30 to 45-minute bite-size sessions once a month for your front of house pharmacy team.

This will be a chance to upskill the knowledge, if needed, for those who are the “face” of your pharmacy.

We will cover common ailments which are relevant to the time of year including basic pharmacology of OTC drugs to better equip your team to answer questions, and discuss opportunities for appropriate link selling. This is an interactive session allowing questions from your team.

These sessions will take place on the 2^nd Friday of every month. A training schedule will be released in the new year so that you know what will be covered in advance. We plan to run these sessions on zoom.
