As part of the Pharmacy Contract a Mandatory Workforce Survey needs to be undertaken by 30th November
2022.
You should have received an email from NHSBSA titled “Complete the Community Pharmacy Workforce Survey 2022”.
This email contains the link to access the survey where you will be presented with the following page containing your FCODE. (Please see image below):
This shouldn’t take longer than 30 minutes to complete.
Please note that the questions regarding the make-up of the pharmacy workforce such as age, sex, ethnicity, disability are an optional element of the survey.
We suggest that you complete this ASAP if you haven’t done so already. We have attached the questions crib sheet to this email for you to view before you complete the online version. Below is a link to access this as well:
