We have teamed up with Skills4Pharmacy, our NEW recommended supplier for Pharmacy Apprenticeship training. Their core programmes are for Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Support Workers such as Dispensers and Counter Assistants to aid the furtherment of their career.

You can upskill your existing staff as well as get help finding an Apprentice with Skills4Pharmacy.

Their courses include Level 2 Pharmacy Support Worker and Level 3 Pharmacy Technician and are fully funded! Please see the deal sheet attached for updated pricing.

Alongside this, Skills4Pharmacy can also help you with any recruitment issues that you may be having through the Find an Apprentice website. They will consult with you to decipher your business needs, pre-screen candidates on your behalf, send them to you for you to interview and make the final decision. There is no charge for this service as long as the employee is put onto the apprenticeship programme.

The apprentice will get all the help they need through Skills4Pharmacy, leaving you to focus on your business.

CRITERIA FOR APPLYING

There are certain criteria which must be met when applying for an apprenticeship such as:
    1) A recommended hourly rate of £4.81 in the first year of working giving apprentices.
    2)  6 hours/week away from commercial activities. This is normally split as follows: 2 hour weekly training session on zoom with Skills4Pharmacy, 2 hours for assignments/shadowing/ reading SOPs etc and 2 hours to dedicate where you feel the apprentice would gain knowledge.
