PharmaPlus Recommendation
If your current PMR contract is coming up for renewal in the near future, we recommend NOT to sign up to any 3 , 4 or 5 year contracts until PharmaPlus has had the opportunity to scrutinize all different providers
offerings, which will take some time.
In the meantime, it is likely your contract simply moves into a rolling 12 month period. As a result:
- PMR providers are required to continue
maintaining pharmacy hardware’s and software’s, as long as you continue to pay the monthly charges your service will continue.
- This also applies if you have purchased your PMR systems through wholesaler schemes such as those provided by AAH & Phoenix Numark.
Please also be aware that any
hardware replacement may see a new 48-month contract being put in place. Whilst we see this approach as aggressive in its intent, we will endeavour to ensure members can get the support under existing agreements.
