Trainee Pharmacist (Pre-Registration Training) Booking Form

Dear Member,

There were some key changes to pre-registration training in 2021-22. Here is a brief reminder and booking information for 2022-23 cohort.

1. The training is now called the ‘Foundation Training Scheme’.
2. Pre-registration trainees are now known as ‘trainee pharmacists’.
3. Tutors are now called ‘designated supervisors’.
4. Performance standards are now called ‘learning outcomes’.

You do not need to submit new training plans if you are already approved for the year. If you need a new training plan, we can help you with that.

5. Trainee pharmacists will still have 4 sign offs and progress reports for the year against the learning outcomes.

Buttercups Trainee Pharmacist Booking Form

If you have secured a trainee pharmacist for this summer now is the time to book a place on the PharmaPlus Buttercups Course.

PharmaPlus subsidised cost for training is £950 + VAT per pre-reg.

The course can be offered as a split course with a GP Practice as well, please contact us for pricing and information if you need this.
