The NHSBSA has recently reported a rise in the number of referred back items due to incomplete endorsements. With
rising costs we cannot afford to lose money by not understanding how the recording, endorsing and processing of dispensed prescriptions takes place.
To help members better understand how the NHSBSA works, minimise endorsement errors and maximise claims we will be holding a virtual seminar via Zoom. This will be in partnership with Mark Gibbon, The Processing Technical Lead from the NHSBSA.
