End of Month Claims - May 2022 Submissions

Dear Member,

End of month is Tuesday 31st May. June 2nd to 5th Jubilee Bank Holiday days. This impacts the end of the month claims timetable and the following explains some key considerations:

Mon 30th to Wed 1st is likely to be very busy as patients collect meds ahead of the bank holidays and regular work such as MDS will need to be completed in just 3 days.

Claiming Deadlines:

23.59pm Sun 5th June:
a) MYS - All services (except NMS) must be claimed. This includes CPCS, Covid Vac, DMS, Hypertension etc no Bank Holiday extension exist.
b) Send all Claim Notifications - So they are included in the May 22 dispensing month.

23.59pm Mon 6th June:
a) MYS - FP34c - Items / NMS submissions and the bundle posted on that day. If you miss this you risk a delay in the payment and a £25 fine.

To be safe we recommend everything is completed by 23.59pm Sun 5th Jun 2022 and the bundle posted on 6th June 2022.
