Deadline TODAY : PQS - Submission of Data & Completion of Tasks

Dear Member,

Deadline TODAY: 31st March 2022 for completion of all Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) criteria.

What you need to do:

1. Antibiotic Audit: Submit your results on the PHE portal by 31st March 2022 (minimum 25 patients)
a). You can check how many surveys you have submitted here - View the antibiotic checklist data (scroll down to the Community pharmacy antibiotic checklist section to view the spreadsheet)

2. Anticoagulant Audit: Enter data onto the MYS tab – ‘PQS Oral Anticoagulant Safety Audit 2021/22’ by 31st March 2022. Check the NHSBSA anticoagulant spreadsheet (scroll down to the ‘Anticoagulant audit’ section to view the spreadsheet)

3. Weight management: Submit any referrals by 31st March 2022 (minimum 1 to meet full criterion) - NHS Digital Weight Management Programme

4. NMS claimed by 5th April 2022 - Must have submitted at least 20 NMS claims since 1st April 2021 via MYS – GATEWAY CRITERIA

5. Complete all other PQS tasks by 31st March 2022

6. Gather all your evidence by 30th June 2022
