Dear Member,
As part of your Terms of Service you are required to ensure you verify and update information on your NHS website and Directory of Services (DoS) profile as least once per quarter. (1st April to 30th June; 1st July to 30th September; 1st October to 31st December; and 1st January to 31st March 2022).
What you need to do:
1. Login to your NHS Website – update & VERIFY your profile
a) Update your opening hours and include upcoming bank holiday opening hours
i. Good Friday – Fri 15th Apr
ii. Easter Monday – Mon 18th Apr
iii. Early May Bank Holiday – Mon 2nd May
iv. Spring Bank Holiday – Thu 2nd Jun
v. Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday – Fri 3rd Jun
vi. Summer Bank Holiday – Mon 29th Aug
vii. Boxing day – Mon 26th Dec
viii. Christmas day – Tue 27th Dec
b) Treatment and services
i. Update your services
ii. Add / remove services as appropriate – e.g. removal of lateral flow distribution service and MURs and addition of hypertension case finding service
c) Update accessibility and facility information
d) If you have no changes you must still ‘Verify’ your profile
3. Check your NHS Website (‘Last updated’ on the website) & DoS profile (‘Date last reviewed’ by logging in) have been updated within the period of 1st Jan 2022 and 31st Mar 2022.
