The Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) declaration window will be open from Thursday 3^rd February at 3pm until Wednesday 2^nd March at 11.59pm. You MUST submit a claim within this time period to receive payment for any PQS activity.

1. You MUST meet/have met the following deadlines:

• 1.  5^th Feb 2022 - Claim for 30 flu vaccines within the current season 2021/22 via MYS (to meet part of the PCN domain)
  2.  1^st Sept 2021 – 31^st January 2022 - Must have collected your data for ‘return of unwanted inhalers’
  3.  31^st Dec 2021 - Must have engaged with your PCN Lead or if you are a Lead engaged with contractors in your area regarding increasing the uptake of flu vaccines
• 4.  Start on the following activities if not done so already by the following deadline

1.  
   1.  3^rd Feb – Must have started the antibiotic review
   2.  3^rd Mar – Must have started the anticoagulant audit
   3.  31^st Mar
       i.      Must have submitted your antibiotic audit data on the PHE portal (closes on this date)
   4.  ii.      Completed all other PQS tasks
   5.  5^th Apr – Must have submitted at least 20 NMS claims since 1^stApril 2021 via MYS – GATEWAY CRITERIA
   6.  30^th Jun – you must have gathered all your evidence

2. Complete the declaration via MYS between 3^rd Feb and 2^nd Mar 2022
3. You must ensure you complete your tasks by 31^st Mar 2022
4. Payment will be received on 1^st Apr 2022
