Even though England has fully returned to Plan A as of Thursday 27th January, the current infection prevention control guidelines remain in place across all healthcare settings.

• This includes the need for universal use of face masks for staff and face coverings for patients / visitors (unless exempt).
• There should be physical distancing of at least 1 metre.
